Job summary

Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ, is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our supportive nursing team across full-time and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, wound care, assisting with ADLs, and maintaining timely nursing documentation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and conditions.
• Provide wound care and basic nursing services.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with care plan implementation and updates.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
