Job summary
Complete Care Management seeks an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Maryland. This direct-care role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options with a generous sign-on bonus and premium pay rates.
You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to residents. We support professional growth with tuition reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package, plus flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- Maryland LPN license in good standing.
- Able to pass background checks, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation.
- Professional and clinically skilled with leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
- Perform wound care, manage pain, apply dressings.
- Monitor health status and analyze data.
- Provide catheter/ostomy care and collect specimens.
- Assist in executing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
- Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
- Maintain detailed health records and care progress.
- Oversee CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.
