Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center in Manahawkin, NJ, seeks compassionate LPNs to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care.

Full-Time or PRN positions available with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. LPNs must hold an active NJ license and be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
