Job summary

Blakeford at Green Hills in Nashville, TN seeks a licensed nurse to supervise CNAs, admit, transfer and discharge residents, and document care and resident responses with accuracy. You will work on-site in a supportive team and ensure high-quality care for residents.

Responsibilities include administering medications per physician orders, maintaining narcotic and medication records, and reviewing care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (LPN) is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Above-average computer aptitude is expected.
