Concord Hospital Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team in Franklin, New Hampshire. The role involves delivering comprehensive patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and health education. Candidates must possess a valid New Hampshire nursing license and current CPR certification.
The position requires effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should be prepared for per diem work with a minimum of 24 clinical hours every 4 weeks, including weekend and holiday shifts.
Reporting to the Practice Manager, and/or Clinical Manager/Leader, and practicing under the supervision of a RN, ARNP, licensed Physician or Physician Assistant, the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers patient care including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation.
Completion of a Licensed Practical Nursing program from an accredited School of Nursing.
Licensure required: New Hampshire Board of Nursing license.
Certification required: Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification or Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers.
Demonstrated ability to effectively and positively interact with a multi-disciplinary staff, patients and others.
Per Diems are required to work a minimum of 24 clinical hours every 4 weeks, which will include at least 1 weekend shift and at least 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday or difficult-to-fill shift around the observed summer and winter holidays.
