Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an LPN to provide direct routine care under nursing leadership in our Minnesota facilities. You will participate in Plan of Care development, perform delegated interventions, and monitor residents’ health data, reporting changes to the RN.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with the highest quality of direct routine care under nursing leadership.
• Participate in development and modification of the Plan of Care; implement delegated interventions.
• Collect resident health data, compare to normal findings, and report changes to the RN.
• Assign and monitor nursing tasks for unlicensed staff through assessment and guidance.
• Support residents in achieving optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
