Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick) seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established care plans, while collaborating with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and overall well-being.

This role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus, a higher hourly rate when benefits are waived ($35.00 per hour), same-day pay, and opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure.
• Active Pennsylvania license or eligibility.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health status through observation, physical assessment, and review of diagnostic information.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Participate in care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff.
• Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
