Job summary

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor in Red Bank, NJ is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Springpoint Senior Living. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications

• NJ LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 2+ years in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing services.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Make nursing rounds and assist physician rounds.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Supervise CNAs/CHHAs in daily care.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
• Protect resident privacy, confidentiality, and dignity.
• Assist with assessments and care plan coordination.
