Encore Northwoods Lodge in Washington state is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide high-quality care in a 57-bed SNF setting with a 10-14:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and access to on-site training.

The role includes on-demand pay, a flexible schedule, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. We offer immediate onsite training and educational assistance to support your professional growth while delivering compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license required or Compact State license- required.
• Minimum of 2 years LPN/LVN experience required.
• Able to educate patients and family on multiple disease processes and have good medication knowledge and wound care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Complete and scan admission, transfer, and discharge forms.
• Chart nurses’ notes reflecting care provided and patient response.
• Report discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
