The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to lead a team of nurses, HHA’s, resident care aides and medication technicians in our Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will oversee ADLs and medication administration, and act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, ensuring safety and high-quality resident care.

This role emphasizes leadership, attentiveness, and a genuine dedication to improving residents' quality of life in a luxury assisted living

Qualifications

• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment.
• Active LPN certification is required.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Must be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors' orders.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently.

Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home. The loving care and professionalism you bring to the services you provide are fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day.
