Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a team of nurses and resident care staff in our Wellness/Resident Services Center. You will supervise medication administration, support ADLs, and act as shift supervisor when the Director is away, ensuring safety and high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active LPN license and experience supervising staff, preferably in assisted living or nursing home settings.

Qualifications

• Active LPN certification.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and aides.
• Experience in assisted living or similar setting preferred.
• Familiarity with MARs and doctors' orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and oversee a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians.
• Serve as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures and Director's instructions.
• Prioritize, multi-task, and work independently to support resident well-being.
