We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of nurses, Home Health Aides (HHA), resident care aides, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) and in the administration of medications — while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who call The Bristal home.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Following all policies and procedures, and adhering to the instructions of the Director of Wellness
• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment
• You must have an active LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of our residents
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is a plus
• Must be caring, reliable, and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors’ orders
• It’s essential to excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and working independently
