Job summary

Arch Recovery Center seeks a dedicated Shift Nurse (LPN) to join our MT. Clare facility in West Virginia, providing direct nursing care, med administration, and vitals monitoring within a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop personalized care plans, document thoroughly, and support clients through detox and residential treatment while upholding safety protocols and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license required.
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; addiction nursing certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients, including assessments and vitals.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the team.
• Conduct ongoing health assessments for medical and psychiatric needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and progress notes.
• Participate in shift handovers and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate clients about health conditions, medications, and plans.
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols.
• Support client adherence to treatment plans and appointments.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
