Job summary

Stones River Manor in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our faith-based, nonprofit senior living community. This full-time position offers day shifts (5:30a-2p) and rotating weekends, with part-time weekend coverage options available.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and coordinating resident care with physicians and RNs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Completion of state approved training program required.
• Drug screening and background check must be passed.
• Memory care experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with prescribed medical treatment and personal care services.
• Plans and manages resident care according to each resident’s needs.
• Obtains resident vital signs and monitors health status.
• Administers medication and assists with self-administered meds.
• Communicates with residents and their families; coordinates care with physicians and RNs.
