Charter Senior Living of Godfrey in Godfrey, IL is seeking a compassionate LPN to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role involves resident assessments, medication administration, care planning support, and collaboration with families and physicians to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time 6 AM–2 PM or part-time 2 PM–10 PM shifts, weekend availability, paid training, and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Assisted living, memory care, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong medication management and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and company policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
• Partner with caregivers, medication technicians, physicians, and families to ensure quality resident care.
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Assist with compliance, infection control, and quality assurance processes.
• Support and mentor caregiving staff as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
