Winchester Gardens is a Springpoint Senior Living community in Maplewood, NJ. We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide direct nursing care to Independent Living residents while supervising daily nursing activities performed by CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs/CHHAs in care delivery
• Provide direct nursing care to Independent Living residents
• Assist physicians in the clinic setting
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and dignity of residents
• Coordinate residents' care plans and assessments
• Assist with new-hire medical clearances and employee injuries
