Job summary

Aberdeen Village, a PMMA community, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. This role emphasizes high-quality resident life, compliance with state and federal standards, and teamwork within a faith-based, not-for-profit organization.

Starting at $28.00 per hour with a premium pay plan, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved LPN Program.
• Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN in this state.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations governing long-term care.
• Previous geriatric nursing/long-term care experience is a plus.
• I.V. Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards governing long-term care.
