Tutera Senior Living and Health Care, The Lodge at Manito, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time roles in Manito, IL. The position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment and opportunities to impact senior residents’ care positively.

The LPN will provide nursing care, operate within the Nurse Practice Act, supervise shift nursing activities, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

Active and in good standing LPN license in the state of practice.
Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and ensure delivery of quality care to residents.
Operate within the scope defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
Direct nursing care during assigned shift, including staff assignments and mentoring.
Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to achieve clinical outcomes.
