Tutera Senior Living and Health Care, The Lodge at Manito, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time roles in Manito, IL. The position offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment and opportunities to impact senior residents’ care positively.

The LPN will provide nursing care, operate within the Nurse Practice Act, supervise shift nursing activities, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and in good standing LPN license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and ensure delivery of quality care to residents.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Licensed Practical Nurse | LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As an LPN, you will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
