You will assess, plan, and implement care under state regulations, supervise aides, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Formación

• Active, in-good-standing LPN license required in the state of practice.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.
