Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems is seeking an LPN to join our healthcare team in Ohio. You will assess residents, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain EMR records, while upholding nursing standards and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board.
Valid CPR certification.
Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments and provide high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories.
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols.
