Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems in Ohio is seeking a skilled LPN to join our Healthcare Team. You will assess resident needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and support residents and their families with compassionate care.

Requirements include an unrestricted LPN license, CPR certification, and prior nursing experience in diverse clinical settings. Proficiency with EMR systems is a plus, and we offer competitive wages and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board.
Valid CPR certification.
Proven experience as an LPN in various clinical settings.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assess resident health by interviewing residents and obtaining medical histories.
Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments according to established protocols.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices.
Stay informed about current nursing practices and regulations.
