Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Ada in Ada, MN is seeking an LPN to provide quality, patient-centered, evidenced-based care to residents. The LPN will work under supervision to uphold Relationship Based Care and support a compassionate team.

Responsibilities include initial data collection, contributing to person-driven care plans developed by the RN, and delivering care with dignity, respect, and communication in English. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.
