Benedictine Living Community-Ada in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide resident-centered, evidence-based care to our residents, guided by Relationship Based Care. Responsibilities include initial data collection and supporting person-driven care plans with the RN, in a not-for-profit setting grounded in Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.
