Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required.
• Current LPN license required; BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, provides supportive and restorative care to residents.
• Reinforces resident and family teaching.
• Administers medications and treatments according to policies and standards.
