Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina to provide specialized patient care in home health settings. You will follow physician plans of care, administer prescribed medications, and document nursing actions while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

You will educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies to empower health management and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Attention to Detail.
• Time Management Skills.
• Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution.
• Good Organization and Effective Communication.
• Home Health Experience (preferred).
