Job summary

PSI Solutions is seeking an LPN for a school-clinic role at Riverview Elementary School in Painesville, OH. The nurse will provide day-to-day care, administer medications, and respond to health needs while following district health guidelines.

You will collaborate with staff and families, maintain confidential records, and support students’ wellbeing in a structured, predictable environment.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license required or eligible.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Experience in pediatric, school, or community health settings preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medication administration and safety.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day nursing care in a school clinic.
• Administer medications and monitor student health needs.
• Assess illness or injury and initiate appropriate response.
• Support communicable disease prevention protocols in the school setting.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers; maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Location: Riverview Elementary School - Painesville

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:45am - 3:45pm | 35-Hours per Week

What You’ll Do
