Job summary
Consumer Directed Services Inc. is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care for students with medical needs in a school setting. The role involves coordinating care for conditions such as trachs, vents, G-tube feedings, seizures, diabetic care, and personal care.
Candidates must hold a valid Michigan LPN license, current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS. Prior LPN experience is preferred.
Qualifications

- BLS/CPR certification.
- Prior LPN experience preferred.
