Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Oakview is actively seeking a Staff Scheduler with LPN certification to oversee the nursing department's staffing needs and ensure resident care remains uninterrupted.

The role requires coordinating PTO, call-ins, and staffing changes tied to census fluctuations, with on-call duties as needed by leadership. A high school diploma or GED is required, CPR certification preferred, and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations.
• Coordinate scheduling of PTO, call-ins, and census-driven staffing adjustments.
• Maintain strong phone etiquette and customer service during scheduling.
• Be on call as required by Director of Nurses and Administrator.
