As an LPN/RN Weekend Warrior, you will provide direct nursing care and help ensure our residents receive exceptional clinical support throughout the weekend. Responsibilities may include:
Providing nursing care in accordance with physician orders and residents' plans of care
Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
Completing nursing assessments and documentation
Monitoring residents and promptly communicating changes in condition
Supervising and supporting STNAs and other nursing team members
Communicating with physicians, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team
Assisting with admissions, transfers, and changes in resident condition as needed
Following facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations
Helping create a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers
Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Dependable and committed to the Weekend Warrior schedule
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
