Job summary

Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Port Clinton, Ohio, is seeking a weekend LPN or RN Weekend Warrior to provide direct nursing care and ensure residents receive high-quality clinical support throughout Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Dependable and committed to the Weekend Warrior schedule.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and residents' plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing team members.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and changes in resident condition as needed.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.

What You'll Do

As an LPN/RN Weekend Warrior, you will provide direct nursing care and help ensure our residents receive exceptional clinical support throughout the weekend. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing nursing care in accordance with physician orders and residents' plans of care
