Aaron Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Fairport, NY is seeking a LPN/RN Unit Supervisor to oversee the skilled nursing unit and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires developing and implementing care plans, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and maintaining records while promoting a safe, compliant environment. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8:00–4:30 and pay up to $34/hr. Sign-on bonus is available during interviews.

Qualifications

• Current New York State LPN or RN license is required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing unit to ensure compliant, high-quality care.
• Develop and implement care plans for residents and patients.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports including staffing patterns and resident data.

As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents and patients. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective care plans, supervising a team of LPNs and CNAs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines

Qualifications

• Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) License
