Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse for the Cove at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village

5000.00 Sign-On Bonus for FT RN and 2500.00 for FT LPN

Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service-oriented candidate to join our Nursing Department Team at the Kroontje HealthCare Center in the Cove at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of “Fostering a person-centered approach to aging in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.”

Job Details:

• Salary is competitive and based on experience.
• Access to our gorgeous, state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.

Current Positions:

• 6AM-6:30PM 3/12 hour shifts including every other weekend.

Compensation:

• Shift Differential from Monday – Friday from 6:00pm to 6:00am $2.00 per hour and on Saturday’s and Sunday’s 6:00pm to 6:00am $3.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• A valid LPN or RN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.

Preferences:

• One to three years of previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred, but not required.
