Are you an LPN or RN overwhelmed with the stress of working in a facility? RNS is a locally owned and managed home healthcare company servicing high-end clients in the Kansas City area. We seek caring, dependable, and team-oriented individuals passionate about caring for our geriatric community. We are currently staffing LPN/RN positions at accelerated pay, especially for those experienced in Dementia & Alzheimer's care. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school, licensed as an LPN or RN
  • Licensed driver with a clean record
  • Insured vehicle
  • Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities
  • Access to email daily
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to meet physical and mental demands of the role
Responsibilities
  • Provide care as agreed with client or family and RNS case manager
  • Establish and maintain harmonious relations with clients, families, and team members
  • Follow RNS policies including HIPAA, dress code, and scheduling policies
  • Assist with activities of daily living, monitor clients with dementia, vital signs, patient transfers, bathing, documentation, medication, and pain management. Transportation and errands as needed.
  • Maintain CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Complete TB testing within 90 days of hire
  • Work assigned shifts and find replacements when needed

Job Type: Part-time, Full-Time, PRN. Work authorization in the United States required. Some weekends and holidays, and working with pets as needed.
