Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking RN/LPN nurses to provide one-on-one in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults in Matthews, NC and surrounding areas. Roles offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and PRN with days, nights, and weekend shifts.

We provide paid training, simulation labs, continuing education, weekly pay, 24/7 support, and a mission-driven team culture focused on compassionate pediatric home health care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (North Carolina) is required.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams.
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes.
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.
