Angels of Care Pediatric Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children in Chester, PA. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, and strong clinical support. Full-time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities with 8–16 hour shifts.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and complete assessments

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
