Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children in Franklin, PA. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and strong clinical support from a nurse-founded, clinically led organization.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN or PA-licensed LPN with at least 1 year of nursing experience and are able to work in a home setting.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN
• 8–16 hour shifts available
