Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking RN or LPN nurses to provide 1:1 in-home pediatric care in Altoona, PA. The position offers flexible scheduling, full- or part-time options, and weekly pay with consistent scheduling.

Nurses will work in patients' homes, delivering skilled nursing care and coordinating with families to implement care plans. We welcome RNs and LPNs with PA licensure and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide home-based care

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)
