Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Scranton, PA is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to deliver 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. The role offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay with strong clinical support.

Responsibilities include skilled nursing care, medication administration, caregiver education, and adherence to individualized care plans. Prior pediatric/home health experience is preferred, with full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts

Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and complete assessments
• Educate and support families
• Follow individualized plan of care

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN
