Phoenix Home Care & Hospice seeks licensed nurses to deliver compassionate, in-home care to patients in Missouri. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document progress while educating families and coordinating with the clinical team.

The role offers flexible scheduling, full-time and part-time opportunities, and ongoing clinical support with mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Active Missouri RN or LPN license (or Compact license).
• Two or more years of home health experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care plans.
