Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate and support family members.
• Collaborate with the Phoenix clinical team to deliver quality home care.
