Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide compassionate, one-on-one pediatric and young adult home nursing care in clients' homes.

Join a mission-driven team offering specialized training, flexible shifts (FT/PT/PRN), and a focus on family-centered care. You will work in a focused environment, building lasting relationships while delivering skilled nursing to medically complex patients.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred, willingness to learn complex home care.
• Experience with clinical documentation in one-on-one care settings.
• Experience providing skilled nursing care to medically complex children and young adults preferred.
• Experience with patient assessment in one-on-one care settings preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and supporting families preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
