Position Overview

Benedictine is seeking compassionate and dynamic LPNs who will provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to our residents. As an LPN, you are in high demand, and we want YOU to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Utilize the principles of Relationship-Based Care while performing duties.
2. Conduct initial data collection on all residents.
3. Participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by RNs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
