Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality personal care, medication assistance, and meaningful companionship to residents in our Massachusetts communities.

You will partner with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident conditions, ensuring safety and adherence to the Care Plan. A nursing license and 1+ year in long-term care are required.

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• A graduate of a state approved school of nursing.
• A current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.

Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
