NHC HealthCare Bluffton is a 120-bed skilled and long-term care facility near Hilton Head, SC seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse to join our caregiving team.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a SC-accredited nursing program with a current unencumbered SC license and experience in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include collaborating with the care team and administering medications as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a South Carolina state-accredited nursing program.
• Current SC nursing license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and plan individualized care.
• Maintain clear communication with patients and families about care plans and progress.
• Assist with medications and treatments as needed and perform other nursing duties.
