Regina Health Center in Richfield, Ohio, is hiring LPNs and RNs to join a compassionate, faith-based skilled nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with multiple 8-hour shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical skills with a resident-centered approach.
• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and standards of practice.
• Assess residents’ health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other care staff as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.
• Ensure residents receive care that respects their dignity and promotes quality of life.

Connaissances
