Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active and unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
• Communicate changes in condition promptly to physicians, providers, and nursing leadership.
• Supervise, support, and collaborate with CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team.
• Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Help create a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.
