Job summary

Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center is hiring compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Rutherfordton, NC. The facility offers strong clinical support, career advancement opportunities, and a team-focused environment where nurses are valued.

Shifts include night 7:00 PM–7:00 AM and 12-hour shifts with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Eligible candidates receive a $13,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active and unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license.
Current CPR certification.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
Communicate changes in condition promptly to physicians, providers, and nursing leadership.
Supervise, support, and collaborate with CNAs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care team.
Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Help create a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.
