Allure of Moline is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide direct nursing care and supervise Nursing Assistants at our Skilled Nursing Facility in East Moline, Illinois. You will oversee admissions, transfers, discharges, document care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, while maintaining resident-focused care and infection control standards.

Qualifications
- Current, active RN or LPN license in Illinois (required).
- CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Supervising Nursing Assistants and coordinating daily shift activities.
- Facilitating admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Completing and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Receiving and transcribing physician orders.
- Administering medications and treatments.
- Providing skilled nursing care (wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, catheterization).
- Monitoring infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintaining resident information confidentiality.
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
