Job summary

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Kansas is hiring LPNs and RNs to provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients at home. You’ll build trusted relationships with families while delivering skilled assessments and treatment in a comfortable home setting.

We offer purpose-driven roles with flexible shifts (Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN) and premium pay for Weekday Overnights, Weekend Days, and Weekend Overnights.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required; hands-on training provided.
• Passion for patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in home settings.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with families.
• Educate families and monitor patient progress to adjust treatments.
