Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking skilled private duty nurses to provide compassionate PDN care. Join a team that emphasizes consistency and quality, caring for patients one at a time.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, weekly pay, premium shift differentiators (weeknights, weekends), PTO, and comprehensive medical benefits. Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus, but full training is provided.

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus, but not required; full clinical training is provided.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and dependable follow-through.
